Just five more games to go this season and Liverpool are set to secure the title next week after a 1-0 win at the King Power Stadium. Trent Alexander Arnold’s winner against Leicester took his boyhood club one step closer to securing the title and also relegated Leicester.
Brentford ended their winless run at home with a 4-2 win over 10-man Brighton whilst Crystal Palace and Bournemouth shared the points in a goalless draw.
Nico O’Reilly and Mateo Kovacic combined to earn a 2-0 win for Manchester City over Everton. West Ham were forced to settle for a draw against Southampton as Lesley Ugochukwu scored a late equaliser to cancel out Jarrod Bowen’s opener.

On Sunday Chelsea beat Fulham 2-1 away from home and Arsenal thrashed Ipswich 4-0. Wolves continued their fine run of form with a 1-0 win over Manchester United at Old Trafford.
On Monday night Nottingham Forest leapt into third position with a 2-1 win over Tottenham who now sit 16th on 37 points.
