Check out my match report from the first leg:

The starting line-ups are out, take a look:

PSG VS BORUSSIA DORTMUND: AS IT HAPPENED

′: PSG get us underway in the Parc des Princes as Italian referee Daniele Orsato blows his whistle.

′: Jadon Sancho was the big talking point last week, it’ll be interesting to see how he gets on again tonight against Nuno Mendes.

′: Dortmund earn the first free kick of the night. They have plenty of players queuing up in the box but Gianluigi Donnarumma easily collects after a soft headed effort.

′: PSG start to put the pressure on early with Achraf Hakimi attacking down the right flank. The former Dortmund full-back sends a cross into the box but Gregor Kobel comes out to catch it.

′: The home side have a corner but it’s poor and cleared by Mats Hummels. The ball drops nicely for Kylian Mbappe though moments later, he goes for the volley but it’s saved by Kobel. Not a bad effort from the Frenchman.

′: Dortmund have never scored away from home against PSG, perhaps tonight is the night they end this drought.

′: Dortmund seem comfortable in these opening 10 minutes, passing the ball around nicely and keeping PSG at arms length.

′: Marquinhos is almost caught out by Karim Adeyemi. Sancho’s flick to Adeyemi wasn’t quite into his path, allowing Marquinho’s to clean up. Adeyemi’s speed though meant that the Brazlian was rushed into the pass back. He has to be careful Marquinhos, Adeyemi’s pace could be a real issue. Donnarumma had no choice but to clear the ball for a throw in.

′: Adeyemi is a threat again as he earns a corner for Dortmund. His volleyed attempt deflected off a PSG defender and out.

′: PSG dealt with the corner well and countered quickly, Vitinha played the ball into Goncalo Ramos who turned and had a shot at goal. It went wide but not too far away from the Portuguese striker who had a lot to do there.

′: Dortmund’s game plan is to absorb pressure and counter through Adeyemi but they were almost caught out on the break themselves.

′: Mendes had a tough time last week but he’s won a duel against Sancho and the roar around the stadium is deafening. That will do the young left-back’s confidence the world of good.

′: Mendes launches a searching ball towards Ousmane Dembele on the opposite flank, it lacks accuracy though and Kobel comes out to meet it.

′: Dortmund hit the side netting in their first real highlight of the match. Niclas Fullkrug got on the end of a long throw and holds the ball up well. The German lays it off to Julian Ryerson whose volley went just wide of the post.

′: We are half way through the first half in this second leg and it’s still goalless with Dortmund in the lead on aggregate. How important could that Fullkrug goal in the first leg prove to be?

′: Ryerson has managed to keep Mbappe at bay so far but it remains a question as to whether he can do it for the full 90. The Dortmund full-back does like to push up so there could be space to exploit for Mbappe as the match progresses.

′: After some patient build up play from PSG, Vitinha goes for the spectacular. His long range effort curls nicely but is way over the crossbar.

′: Sancho has found his flair again after a quiet half an hour, let’s see if he can create something going forward now.

′: It’s the first time tonight that PSG have genuinely concerned the Dortmund defence. Unselfish from Mbappe, tries to create the angle by cutting inside but plays it across to Warren Zaire-Emery. He lays it off to Dembele to shoot, his shot towards the near post is off target. This is much better from PSG though, they’ve been on top for a good 10 minutes now.

′: PSG have finally managed to bring Mbappe into the game and now they can build on that with more positive moves. Dembele needs to be cooler in front of goal though, he snatched at the strike a little.

′: What a save from Donnarumma, Dortmund so nearly caught the home side out there with a brilliant counter-attacking move. Adeyemi made a rapid run past Marquinhos before getting a shot away, Donnarumma got down well to make a save. That’s the closest we’ve come to a goal so far, it remains 0-0 on the night though.

′: Concerning moments for Dortmund now as Adeyemi is down after an awkward landing. He’s currently receiving treatment.

′: This could be a big blow for the Black Yellows if Adeyemi is forced to come off, he is causing Marquinhos all sorts of problems and only needs one chance to seal his side’s fate.

′: Adeyemi is back on his feet and is given the green light by the medical staff to continue. You can breath out now Dortmund fans.

′: Space opens up for Vitinha who tries his luck from distance again. It was on target this time but Kobel got behind the strike well and made a simple save in the end.

′: There will be a minimum of one minute added time.

HT: It’s goalless at the break but Dortmund lead on aggregate meaning as it stands they are just 45 minutes away from the Champions League final. PSG have threatened at times but not been able to apply the finishing touch, Dortmund have absorbed pressure well and nearly got a goal 10 minutes before the interval through Adeyemi. Plenty more to come in the second half, see you in 15 minutes.

′: The second half has begun and PSG have just 45 minutes to turn the tie around.

′: PSG hit the post! They were unlucky with the woodwork in the first leg but Zaire-Emery had to score there, it’s a bad miss in the end. Mbappe’s deflected cross was flicked on by Ramos, Zaire-Emery’s close range volley seemed goal-bound but he’s somehow hit the post.

′: Dortmund have another corner after Donnarumma was unable to react quick enough to prevent his teammate’s misplaced pass from going out. Can Dortmund punish the error from this set piece?

′: GOALLL FOR DORTMUND!! Hummels with a bullet header into the back of the net. That is one of the most important goals he’ll score and he’s deserved it. A poor goal to concede from PSG as they gave away the corner cheaply. Julian Brandt’s in-swinging corner is brilliant but the header from Hummels is even better. 1-0 Dortmund on the night, 2-0 on aggregate.

′: Dortmund fans can begin to dream now, a two goal advantage overall is huge. The underdogs could be on their way to Wembley.

′: Zaire-Emery’s missed chance seems even more important now as minutes later his side were punished. How different it could have been if he’d tucked the ball away. Instead, the trophy PSG crave seems to be slipping away yet again.

′: Adeyemi makes way for Marco Reus, the speedy winger hasn’t had the same impact that he did last week but his team do have one foot in the final.

′: Marco Reus is one of just two Dortmund players who was at the club the last time they reached the Champions League final. The other player is tonight’s goalscorer Hummels. Ironically, that final was at Wembley too.

′: Ramos fires it just over the bar after Vitinha played it into him to hit on the volley. PSG haven’t given up yet.

′: Mendes hits the post. PSG can’t buy a goal in this semi final tie, they’ve hit the woodwork again. The ball sits up nicely for Mendes from long range and the left-back rifles the volley towards the far corner. Kobel was beaten but the post came to his rescue for the fourth time across both legs. Unbelievable!

′: Ramos misses the target again, Mendes fed the ball into his feet but the first time shot was poor and Dortmund have a goal kick. Ramos doesnt seem to have his goalscoring boots on today, he’s managed just one shot on target so far.

′: PSG make a double change to try and get something from this game, Ramos and Fabian Ruiz are brought off as Bradley Barcola and Marco Asencio come on.

Embed from Getty Images

′: Barcola’s up for it straight away, he picks the ball up in a defensive area and drives forward with pace. Marcel Sabitzer was beaten and had no choice but to end the attack by fouling the 21 year old. Yellow card for Sabitzer but he won’t mind, free kick to PSG.

′: PENALTY FOR PSG!! No? The referee very quickly changed his mind there after initially pointing to the spot he’s give a free kick right outside the 18-yard box. Dembele chopped past Hummels and was brought down by the German’s sliding challenge. After looking at the replay the referee has got that spot on.

′: The free kick is wasted by PSG, straight at the wall and hoofed clear.

′: Terzic makes a defensive substitution, bringing off Sancho for Niklas Sule. Dortmund will now play five at the back for the final 20 plus minutes.

′: Time is running out for PSG and it’s only going to get harder now with Dortmund playing an extra man in defence.

′: There’s a break in play as Hummels goes down after being whacked in the face by Mendes. No card for the PSG defender but Hummels stays down.

′: Hummels is back to his feet and will be fine to carry on, what a performance it’s been from him today at both ends of the pitch.

Embed from Getty Images

′: Mbappe tries to make something happen and shoots from distance but it was alway rising and Kobel can watch it sail into the stands. It’s been a very quiet night from Mbappe by his standards.

′: A rash challenge from Dembele earns him a booking. A frustrated sliding challenge wipes out Schlotterbeck out on the left touchline.

′: PSG make another sub in attack. Zaire-Emery is replaced by Kang-In Lee who will provide fresh legs in front of goal.

′: Hummels puts it in the back of the net again but it won’t count. Once again Dortmund threaten from a set piece. It dropped to Hummels who twisted and volleyed it past Donnarumma with the outside of his boot but he was well offside so the goal won’t count. Not a bad finish from a 35 year old centre back!

′: Look away PSG fans. After Zaire-Emery and Mendes hit the post in the second half, PSG have now struck the frame of the goal 12 times in the Champions League this season, the most ever by any team in a single campaign.

′: Good save from Kobel, he’s celebrating that like it’s a goal and rightly so. Mbappe managed to get a shot away from a tight angle but Kobel was able to turn the ball around the post. Dortmund have a corner to defend now.

Embed from Getty Images

′: The corner is wasted and one again, Dortmund smash it clear.

′: PSG have a free kick on the right wing. Lee will take, his in-swinging cross is met by Marquinhos who heads wide. He’s furious he hasn’t got that at least on target.

′: Hakimi is shown a yellow card for bundling into Schlotterbeck who was delaying PSG from taking a quick throw in.

′: Dortmund make another change. Brandt, who assisted Hummels’ goal, is replaced by Felix Nmecha in midfield.

′: Oh my word they’ve done it again. PSG hit the crossbar, the ball just won’t go in. Dortmund failed to clear a cross, allowing Hakimi to help the ball onto Mbappe. The Frenchman fires the ball into the ground and it loops onto the crossbar.

Embed from Getty Images

′: And again! The crossbar denies Vitinha a wonder goal with Kobel certainly beaten. The Portuguese midfielder unleashed an incredible effort that moved through the air, swerving and dipping towards the top right corner. Kobel was nowhere near it but the shot somehow didn’t find the back of the net. It struck the underside of the crossbar which is still shaking. Luis Enrique is going nuts on the touchline, his side have been so unfortunate.

Embed from Getty Images

′: There will be four minutes of added time, Dortmund have so nearly done it.

+1′: Mbappe uses his pace to get in behind Schlotterbeck, but the German recovers and is strong enough to put off Mbappe trying to shoot. PSG want a penalty but the referee waves it off.

Embed from Getty Images

+4′: Mbappe is through on goal again with just Kobel to beat. He slips on the surface though and the ball rolls into the grateful hands of the Swiss goalkeeper. He punts the ball into the sky as Orsato blows the final whistle, it’s all over in Paris. PSG 0-1 Dortmund (0-2 agg).

FT: Dortmund are in the Champions League final after a 1-0 win at the Parc des Princes. It was another thrilling affair despite the narrow scoreline and Terzic’s side are heading back to Wembley. Dortmund have defied all the odds; they made it through the group of death, came from behind against Atletico Madrid and defended superbly in Paris to book a place in the Champions League final. They will face the winner of tomorrow’s match between Bayern Munich and Real Madrid. That’s all from me – thanks for following along, goodbye!
