Brighton manager Fabian Hurzeler has sent a clear message to Evan Ferguson in a recent press conference.
The Irish striker is currently on loan at Italian side Roma, returning to the South of England at the end of the season.

Rumours strengthened when Roma boss Gian Piero Gasperini said: “He has to do better, not just on a technical level, but in terms of attitude… I have nothing against him personally… It’s about the performances.”
Following that stark warning from Gasperini, Ferguson seemed destined for an early flight home.

Hurzeler believes Ferguson can be a big part of Brighton’s squad upon his return at the end of the season. He said: “We all agree that he has the potential to help us as a club. Now it’s about him to show it when he comes back.”
Hurzeler added: “He has to make sure that when he comes back, he’s ready to immediately have an impact on us.”
