The clock is ticking with deadline day fast approaching, here’s the some of the biggest transfer news from the last week.
Manchester United have completed a double swoop on Bayern Munich defenders Matthijs de Ligt and Noussair Mazraoui. Both players have cost United a total of €70m, Erik ten Hag previously managed the pair during his time at Ajax.
One year on from Harry Kane’s departure, Tottenham have found his replacement for £65m. Bournemouth’s Dominic Solanke joins Spurs on a six-year-deal after a stellar season last year.
West Ham have recently announced the signing of Man United full-back Aaron Wan-Bissaka for £15m. He has signed a seven-year-deal with the Hammers who have been very busy this summer, Wan-Bissaka is their eighth signing so far.
Liverpool starlet Fabio Carvalho has left the club in search of more minutes and Brentford are the club to secure his signature. The Portuguese midfielder was also linked with Southampton but were outbid by Brentford who will reportedly pay up to €30.8m.
Finally, Chelsea have remained busy as they confirmed the signing of Pedro Neto from Wolves for €63m, he is the 35th permanent signing since Todd Boehly took over.
However, academy graduate Trevor Chalobah’s time at the club is up with the defender currently training with the under-21s. Conor Gallagher could follow suit if his deal to Atletico Madrid collapses.
