It’s been just over a week since the Euro final concluded and Spain lifted the trophy for the fourth time in their history. Already some of the tournament’s top talents have secured a move to some of football’s elite clubs. In this article, INMR will explore eight players who may follow suit.

#8: Dennis Man – Parma/Romania

Romania shocked the football world when they topped Group E ahead of Belgium and one player who caught more eyes than most was Dennis Man. He contributed two assists at the Euro’s after a 13 goal season with Parma. Borussia Dortmund, Barcelona and various Premier League sides are interested in the Romanian right winger.

#7: Ferdi Kadioglu- Fenerbahce/Turkey

Kadioglu caught the eye of Arsenal some time ago now but his performances in the Euro’s has strengthened their interest. Although they have reportedly chosen Italian defender Ricardo Calafiori instead, Kadioglu may still get his move to the Premier League. Manchester United have put in a €25 million bid but Fenerbahce want €30 million, keep an eye on this one.

#6: Diogo Costa – Porto/Portugal

After his penalty heroics against Slovenia, Porto annoucned they would only accept Costa’s release clause of €75 million. Both Manchester City and Chelsea are interested but hesistant to pay such a large fee. If the player wants the move though, Porto may accept €65 million.

#5: Xavi Simons – PSG/Netherlands

Simons enjoyed a successful loan spell at RB Leipzig in 2023/24 and topped off the year with an impressive Euro 2024 campaign. The Dutch midfielder scored a rocket in the semi-final against England but it wasn’t enough to help his side progress to the final. Simons is wanted by RB Leipzig permanently, Bayern Munich are also interested in signing the 21-year-old on loan whilst Manchester United are reportedly preparing a bid of €100 million.

#4: Dani Olmo – RB Leipzig/Spain

When Pedri suffered a knee injury early on against Germany, Dani Olmo was finally given his chance in the Spain midfield. He grasped it with both hands and was phenomenal for the remainder of the tournament. Olmo is now the most sought after player on this list with six clubs after his signature. Liverpool, Arsenal, Manchester City, Chelsea, Bayern Munich and Barcelona are keeping tabs on the Spanish midfielder.

#3: Marc Guehi- Crystal Palace/England

Before the tournament, there were lots of question marks around Marc Guehi and his capabilities alongside John Stones. His silenced his critics very quickly and was arguably England’s player of the tournament. Now the Crystal Palace captain is wanted by Arsenal, Manchester United and Liverpool. The Eagles want at least £65 million in order to let their star defender leave this summer.

#2: Nico Williams – Athletic Club/Spain

The Euro winner had 32 goal contributions this season but his strike in the final was by far the pick of the bunch. Barcelona are desprate to reunite Lamine Yamal with his national teammate but face issues with his hefty wages alongside a £50 million transfer fee. Arsenal, Chelsea and Liverpool would like to sign the winger but Williams would reportedly prefer to play La Liga football next season.

#1: Fabian Ruiz – PSG/Spain

The PSG midfielder tops the list after a superb Euro campaign, in a midfield containing Rodri and Olmo, Ruiz was arguably the best there. The 28-year-old registered four goal contributions this summer and is now wanted by Manchester United and Liverpool. Ruiz’s rapid rise up the ranks is highlighted by his 2023/24 campaign, a year ago he was linked with Burnley and now he’s a European champion.
