Fabrizio Romano has confirmed that Mathys Tel will become a permanent Tottenham Hotspur player this summer. An agreement has been reached for €35m before add-ons. The Frenchman left Bayern Munich to join Spurs on loan in January in a deal which saw a €60 million buy option set in place.
